エモル's Shop

📌 Preface:

There is a high chance I've might have missed a few things, so please bear with me on that. Dorabase official merch can be extremely elusive and hard to find at times.

All pictures uploaded are not mine and any credit goes to original uploaders. This is just a fan-ran archive for preservation sake.

Last update was made on 06/23/24.

Books:

These are the original special volumes made during the 2000-2011 circulation of the series in CoroCoro Magazine. They are also sometimes called "special columns" or "big special" books. Given how old they are, they're rather rare and can be worth a hefty price depending on location. (Back in 2021, they were at least $40.) However, some sites, such as Mercari or Rakuten, will sometimes carry them for as low as $5. It's just those prices are significantly harder to find, but it's worth to look out for if you want old, vintage special volumes of Dorabase.

These are the more recent special volumes released back in 2017-2018. They're a far more accessible of an option compared to the original special volumes. Definitely worth it as a collector's item for exclusive cover art alone.

Cards:

Thoughout the years, numerous Dorabase-themed cards have been released as a bonus item in CoroCoro Magazine. Most of them are novelity baseball cards. but a few have been made for the card game Duel Masters, which also has it's own manga series in CoroCoro Magazine.

Hard to tell if these cards actually exist or not, but I'm including them anyway. If they actually exist, then they were cards made around the release of the WABC Arc in the manga and served as basic profile cards for all the players on the Japanese team. Unfortunately, if these actually existed, they're extremely hard and elusive to find.

Clothing:

Various t-shirts released over the years.

Sorry for the scummy quality. This is the only image I can find of this specific shirt being advertised somewhere.

Dorabase hat and pin + another picture of the dust plug charm and DS games.

Games and Custom Consoles:

The DS games are probably some of the most accessible merch out there and are roughly about $15-$30 depending on how good the quality of the cartilage + case is.

There has also been at least one custom DS made as a reward to a compition held CoroCoro Magazine. Another was a signed GBA by Shintaro Mugiwara himself for a completely different competition held somewhere in the earlier days of the series.(Which said competition also included other prizes that could possibly be obained, such as custom baseball gear and a Dorabase-themed t-shirt for example.)

Figures:

These are a raffle prize from CoroCoro Magazine. They're rather rare and extremely costly to obtain. Also, it's pretty neat that the box itself can be used as a little display stand for the figurines.

Various Doraemon figures made for the release of Dorabase. I haven't seen any listings online, so I assume that they're either pretty rare or were only made for this photo in CoroCoro Magazine.

Misc. Merch:

Two-sided folder given away as a bonus item in CoroCoro Magazine at one point. They're about $10-$15 second-hand.

Dorabase-themed DS case and dust plug charm. I honestly have no idea where these orignally came from outside of assuming it's another bonus item from CoroCoro Magazine, but these sometimes float around on online Japanese second-hand stores.

Baseball equipment that's Dorabase-themed. Most likely another raffle prize.

Dorabase and CoroCoro Magazine-themed cards/stickers that are meant for a game of some sort. According to an Amazon JP listing, these are from the Super Baseball Card Battle series.
